Cost:$10 per class (no other fees) – applicable only for classes held at Tai Chi for Health Studio

Classes consist of:

  • Qigong – Warm-up exercises
  • Instruction & Practice of tai chi form
  • Cool Down Exercises

All classes follow Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Programs, and are taught by a certified instructor, in a relaxed atmosphere encouraging safe, comfortable flowing movements while applying essential tai chi principles.
